Broker's Comments
Boatshed are pleased to offer for sale this lovely 2019 Collingwood 60 x 10 Widebeam that is currently used for rental accommodation in Liverpool.
The boat was bought with the sole purpose of renting her out (static rental only) and there is a well established business along with website booking system etc with very good reviews if you wanted to purchase her as an ongoing business.
If you are interested in buying the boat as an ongoing business please contact me for details and a price. The business has had a good turnover over the last few years and there is potential to increase this with more focus. The current owner has not been focussing on the business as they have now left the UK. There is a lady who looks after the day to day cleaning/handovers etc. However, the £115,000 price is boat only as a live aboard. She has Webasto wet heating system running four radiators and a heated towel rail.
The boat came as a 2 bedroom lined sailaway from Collingwood and the owners simply decorated and furnished her so she would be easy to re-decorate according to a buyer's own tastes.
As you come down through the stern companionway you arrive in the large, light and airy open plan saloon and galley area fitted with the fixed skylight. There is a double bed settee and an attractive chair, television and radiator behind the settee and low level shelving down the sides.
In the galley there is a large solid wood dining table with 2 x matching bench seats. The galley has decent storage and a fridge, small dishwasher, sink/drainer with a duck hatch looking out over the water. There is an electric 4 burner hob and full size oven and grill. There is no gas on the boat at present.
Next is the second bedroom with privacy door with a radiator and fitted bunk beds. This could be changed into an office or single bed set up quite easily.
Further down the corridor is the large bathroom with a full size bath, wash basin, heated towel rail and a composting toilet attached to the holding tank. The bath has an electric waste pump fitted in order to pump out the water as it is lower than the boats waterline. Again there is a sliding privacy door.
Finally, you arrive in the nice bright main cabin with a large wooden bed, radiator and access out into the front deck space. Although the boat is not being used as a live aboard, she could very easily have some wardrobes built in the main cabin and there is plenty of room for extra storage cupboards etc if needed.
The boat is presently moored in Liverpool and she could do with a good polish to bring her paintwork back to life.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
