Broker's Comments
This yacht is fully MCA coded for commercial operation. It is chartered for a few days a month always with the vendor (skipper) aboard. I was very pleasantly surprised by the condition of this boat which is excellent. The fact that she slips in at just under the 12m LOA will over time represent a big saving in berthing fees.
The 37C is a beamier construction than the 37 and it certainly feels it. This boat would make a great family cruiser or could continue in commercial operation as she meets the MCA coding standards. Incidentally this means that all her safety gear is right up to date.
She is one of the better boats in this category and price and she is fully VAT paid.
