Broker's Comments

Every so often I get a vessel that I feel is a privilege to include on our website!
This is no exception!!
It is a credit to the current owners that this superbly maintained Bourne 35 is in such a pristine condition and will fulfill the most ardent of boat buyers requirements!!

Loads of varnished woodwork internally with a special varnish type on the exterior woodwork!
She is currently kept in a wet shed to help preserve the quality of her woodwork.
Her BSC runs until 04/07/2022.

The hull is equally well maintained and kept bright and sparkling! A clean coachroof sets off the upper structure of this "Head Turner" of a craft.

A vessel built to the high standard which is difficult to match today!

A traditional Broads Cruiser with a GPS hull and head turning woodwork making her a real stunner.
All complete with two heads, warm air heating and would also make a comfortable live aboard.!

Early viewing is very highly recommended!!
