You board the boat via the aft deck, which offers a charming terrace where four people can easily sit. As you can see from my photos and videos, a removable table allows for outdoor dining, protected from the sun by a sun awning (new in 2022), which is also removable. The height under the canopy is 1.95 meters.

Next, you enter directly into the wheelhouse-living room, with a headroom of 1.93 meters. A large sofa provides comfortable seating and dining for four and converts into a double bed measuring 110 x 200 cm. On the starboard side, next to the sofa, is a large 220V fridge-freezer (new in 2018). On the port side, the boat's helm offers a good 360° view thanks to its numerous windows. Below the helm, the 2500W Pure Sine Wave inverter from 2017 supplies outlets convenient for electricity while cruising. Also on the starboard side is a first ALS gas heater.

Two steps then lead us to the boat's dinette-kitchen, with a headroom of 1.93 meters. The dinette on the port side provides space for three people to dine. There is also a second 2kW electric heater (new in 2016) under the dinette.

The kitchen on the starboard side is equipped with three gas burners, a 220V Moulinex electric oven, a second refrigerator, a sink, and storage spaces.

On the port side, just after the two steps, are the heads/shower with a headroom of 1.73 meters. The toilet is a 220V macerator. Hot water is provided by a 30L water heater (new in 2015), and we are told that it allows about four showers per day.

Finally, the forward cabin is equipped with a double bed measuring 190 x 140 cm with a headroom of 1.92 meters. It also has its own sink and storage spaces.

Broker's Comments

Live aboard Dutch steel cruiser of 10m for sale. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to present this 33 feet Dutch steel cruiser sedan.

We have here a Dutch cruiser that appears to me well-maintained by its owner, who has lived on it for 4 years. I also found it well-thought-out and well-furnished. It offers four berths, a covered aft terrace, a lounge, and a dinette convertible into a double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a cabin with a real double bed in the forepeak.

A recent charger inverter is installed on board, allowing you to enjoy electricity while navigating. Impressive for only 10 meters long, it has more than one trick up its sleeve, all at an affordable price!

According to our owner, the annual costs of living on board are:
- Current mooring place with water included: 890€/year
- Electricity: about 400€ per year.

Mooring transferable subject to the acceptance of your application by the harbour master.
