Broker's Comments
This 44ft Colecraft is not used as a live aboard and will be on a CRT winter mooring as of 1st November 24.
The boat was last surveyed in early 2018 and when the present owner bought her she had just had the bow section of the boat overplated as a result of the survey.
She benefits from a 2014 Beta 30 with just short of 2,300 hours and she was previously used as a hire boat.
These boat details are subject to contract.
