Broker's Comments

A very comfortable flybridge motor yacht from the Italian builder Marchi with a fully transferable mooring in Chelsea Harbour.

The boat provides ample pied-a-terre accommodation with a master cabin with ensuite bathroom. There is a second cabin that sleeps two, but could be converted to an office space.

The comfortable saloon is open and bright with views over the marina.

The large aft deck and flybridge are the perfect spot to enjoy a drink in the summer evenings.

Current mooring fees are circa £13,000pa.

There is a 5% transfer fee to be negotiated between the buyer and the seller.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
