There is a small balcony at one end for sitting out and for access to the small dingy which is included in the sale.

A Morso ‘Squirrel’ stove with chimney and back boiler runs three radiators (kitchen/hallway/bedroom). Coal delivery can be accessed via various fuel carrying companies serving the canal.

Picturesque static houseboat moored on the Grand Union canal complete with a large private garden with scienic lakeside views. A fully functional, comfortable home offering a privately owned garden in idyllic surroundings. Mooring fees are included in the sale of the houseboat to December 2012.
