Broker's Comments

A fantastic opportunity to purchase a 65ft Narrowboat on one of the most sought after moorings in London. Cumberland Basin is moments from Regent's Park and situated between Camden Town and Primrose Hill. The five boats that have residential moorings here come up very rarely and are usually in high demand.

This 1971 65ft narrowboat has been used as a writer's studio and therefore has not been divided up in the conventional way of saloon, galley, cabin and heads. However, the internal lining has been beautifully crafted with cedarwood and the new owner has a great opportunity to create their own layout. Adding the internal partitions to create a fantastic liveaboard would not be difficult and all the thru-hull fittings are in place.

Prospective buyers must make their own enquiries regarding the exact mooring fee before purchase. As guidance, current mooring fees are circa £10,000 pa.
