Broker's Comments
This beautiful craft has been fully restored and now looks splendid on her central London mooring. Freshly painted, she gleams in the sunlight, showing her fantastic lines.
Inside the wheelhouse, soft furnishings allow the space to be used as a tranquil living area while in her berth. Going forward, a good sized galley and dining area create a cozy space to sit and entertain. The bunk can also be used as a berth.
The forward cabin has two berths with a shower room adjacent. The aft cabin has a good sized double berth, along with the head in the companionway.
The aft deck has plenty of room for seating, creating the perfect location to relax on a summer evening.
Mechanically she is in very good condition, maintained by the current owner who is a professional engineer in the marine industry.
Offers on the asking price are welcome.
Please note, there is a 5% yard fee, payable to SKD, should the prospective buyer wish to keep the boat in St Katherine's Dock.
