Broker's Comments

This is a lovely example of the popular Fairline Sedan 36. She is clean, tidy and appears to have well cared for headlinings and woodwork. Her exterior is just as smart with good condition seating cushions in cockpit and the flybridge plus a tidy cockpit cover/tent which is almost like another room or conservatory. Oh and don't forget the flybridge providing more open space.
She offers loads of space inside with a gorgeous island berth in the master suite, a twin bunk cabin to starboard and then further double berth in saloon on the sofa (see photo showing this). Galley and heads with shower to port side.
These boats are very popular of late for live aboard/floating cottage with the added opportunity to sail off for the weekend.
She has upgraded navigation equipment to both helm positions and a recent survey.
