Broker's Comments
An interesting opportunity to purchase an icebreaker/salvage boat (for business purposes), or use as a liveaboard.
The current owner has used her as a liveaboard for 13 years but she is more than capable of going on longer journeys.
The exterior does require some TLC, mainly some rubbing back and paint but structurally she appears solid and offers a great deal of on-deck space.
Inside she offers a good size open plan lounge and kitchen. There is accommodation in the forward cabin and a large aft cabin with additional storage units.
The bathroom has a WC, basin and heated shower.
The boat is heated by a boiler and radiators throughout but is also fitted with a stove, she is also fully insulated.
If you are looking to live 'off grid' there are also 2 large solar panels on the wheelhouse roof and an inverter to convert power to 240v.
The engine from the history appears to have been looked after and can be seen running for an inspection.
