Broker's Comments

Built from 1981 through 1989 the C & C 37 is considered a fast, light weight boat with very good sailing characteristics. C & C Yachts built some of the first balsa cored hulls in sailing. Today they are still well regarded among sailing enthusiasts. This particular one has been constantly upgraded and is evidently very well maintained.
