Broker's Comments
A lovely opportunity to purchase a wooden motor/sailboat with some history!
The current owner would readily admit she needs a little work to bring her up to spec but the "jobs" required are more aesthetic as opposed to fundamental to her being ship-shape.
As the boat is ashore, both the main and mizzen mast have been taken down. Both have been professionally maintained and appear to be in good condition.
Inside she offers a spacious saloon/galley area, 2 cabins (fore and aft) a head/shower room and plenty of storage throughout.
In terms of electronics, she comes with radar, GPS, VHF but these should all be checked as we were unable to check these on the day of inspection.
The wheelhouse has been rebuilt but is not quite finished and requires glazing.
The hull appears to be well maintained and the owner advises that a new keel was fitted in 2004 and she was re-corked in 2017.
The engine has had minimal use.
