Broker's Comments
The Seadog 30 Ketch is a solid, heavy, bilge keeled yacht capable of safe offshore passage-making. Designed and built by Reg Freeman Yachts they are truly versatile, as well suited crossing oceans as they are cruising creeks. Her safe centre cockpit helm position and furling sails mean she can be easily singlehanded yet the cleverly thought out interior makes a great liveaboard space
Although on deck she could do with some cosmetic attention she appears very sound and below she feels clean and dry. With the full enclosure the cockpit is a usable space with plenty of seating so you really can use every inch of the boat, ideal if you are paying for liveaboard berthing
She is in a great small marina with residential berths available by arrangement. It's a real community, although tidal it's not too far from the coastal Solent and so has a variety of boats from historic sailing barges to cruising yachts.
