Broker's Comments
The Moody 376, built in the UK by Marine Projects of Plymouth is an excellent example of Bill Dixons designs and one of the most popular. Over 200 were built in the production period between 1985 and 1991.
Based on the Moody 37 hull but with the addition of a sugar scoop transom to give a bathing platform, this is a centre-cockpit masthead sloop with great sea-keeping abilities and a well thought out layout both on deck and below.
This particular example is well equipped for extended cruising and living aboard but equally with her ease of handling she would suit short handed local sailing too.
She's very much in commission and sailing and has benefited from a very experienced owner caring for her for the last 15 years. The decks and cockpit are clean and clear, below she is fresh, dry, well found and well presented
