This is a lovely, well maintained aft-cockpit cruiser, from the well known Colin Facey yard on the Norfolk Broads.
The accommodation is spacious for 4, very comfortable for 2 for a weekend or longer. The galley has been fitted with a new cooker (with grill and oven), and the saloon also has cabin heating.
A good use of cockpit space provides comfortable seating for 5 and there is easy access to the engine.
She has hot water and a pump out toilet with a holding tank. She has a fully folding canopy and windscreens to reduce her air draft to under 6ft.
The boat has been regularly winterised and serviced and would be a great introduction to cruising with her economical Yanmar 8hp engine.
Recent additions include 240v shore power, sockets with usb port, engine service including raw water pump impeller, fully rewired, new fuse board, new domestic water pump, and her BSC is until 2024
