Broker's Comments
This rather unusual boat has been used as a live aboard by her current owner and it has been ideal.
She offers a good sized saloon and galley area with full size cooker , sink and dining table.
There are large windows all round which gives this a bright and airy feel.
There is a large size single berth to the port side amidships and the heads is aft of this.
opposite this, the owner has a large chair, foot rest which is used as a TV/ Entertainment area.
There is ample wardrobe and storage.
This boat is ideal as a liveaboard or as a retreat for long stays aboard.
She would have been built originally as a 4 berth and it would be a simple task to convert the large single berth to a double or utilising the space opposite another large single.
There is work to be done to make her look her best, mainly painting the side decks and generally keeping on top of the external wood work that is needing attention.
