Broker's Comments
Do not be put off by the age! This boat has only been launched and used for the first time three years ago. Consequently she is in top class condition. The previous owner was a dedicated engineer owner who commissioned and fitted her out to a very high standard. Cosmetically she is beautiful and is a fantastic example. She has been cruised in the Bristol Channel, Irish Sea and locally. The current owner states that she has been an excellent cruiser proving to 'be comfortable, sea kindly & enjoyable - she has lived up to the LM 27's reputation of good sailing performance. Sadly back on the market due to lack of time to use her.
