This vessel was once a fishing trawler and has been undergoing work to become a liveaboard boat.

As can be seen from the media work, this boat is a project boat. She benefits from a fantastic position in the marina with easy access to the marina cafe, toilet and shower block and laundry facilities.

The current owners have worked hard to open the boat up and clear the decks, leaving a blank canvas to develop the boat's cavernous interior into a spacious liveaboard.

The only reason the current owners are having to sell this project boat is due to work commitments in London as their situation has now changed from when they bought the boat.

Included in the listing there are historic pictures of this boat of how she once looked and could look again following remedial work and an overhaul.
