Commentaires du Broker
This moores 35 centre cockpit is very original and is a time warp and a credit to her owners over the years. With that classic wooden boat look she has the added benefit of a GRP hull so gives the best of both worlds with far less maintenance required. Her topside appear to be in very good order having been professionally maintained at a local wooden boat specialist yard for many years. Her varnish work on the super structure is all very good and her wood shows a pleasing patina of life rather than issues. Her decks have all been replaced by the yard and the hull recently repainted and also antifouled. She is very original with a few add|d modernities like 5kw diesel heating. She has two toilets both connected to separate holding tanks. A large shower compartment and a huge open plan rear cabin that serves and a wonderful rear saloon during the day open to the compact galley or a very large double of an evening. The forward cabin offers en-suite toilet facilities and twin single berths with plenty of storage. They uniqueness of this cabin is the forward door. This takes you I to the open forward sitting area which can seat 2 in comfort or 4 at a pinch all facing forward I the open air. Or can be used as a huge covered storage area with the tonneau cover in place. This is a rare and classic feature of a bygone era and is very charming. The boat has its original Perkins diesle which is about to be serviced and her broads toll is paid for 2026. Her BOat Safety certificate runs to June 2026. So this may be renewed depending on when sold.
This is a classic and very original piece of broads boating history and a true classic boat experience not to be missed. She also has a full all over tailored cover to help protect her, and her mooring in Loddon may well be available to the new owners by agreement with the boat yard.
