Broker's Comments
A lovely, light narrowboat that would be perfect for a couple to liveaboard or cruise.
The boatman's cabin has been made over to storage providing much needed space for clothes and personal items. If chosen, this area could be changed to provide a further guest berth.
The galley and saloon are heated by a multi-fuel stove. The sofa is included in the sale of the boat and can be converted into a double bed. Further heating is provided by a gas-fired heater powering radiators.
The white painted interior gives a feeling of space and modern styling.
The pram cover is nearly new and extends the living space of the boat to give a seating area to enjoy the world around or store outdoor items.
BSS certification is current until April 2021.
The boat is currently moored on a Leisure Mooring that may be available to the buyer for a transfer fee of 5% of the purchase price. Residential moorings within the marina do become available through the year and may provide the opportunity to live within easy reach of London with a commute from the nearby West Drayton rail station.
