Broker's Comments

This boat provides a practical and felxible layout that would be ideal for liveabord or cruising. She could be lived on as she is or maybe thought ripe for updating.

The central saloon is heated by a solid fuel stove with a compact galley adjacent. Aft from here is a shower room and utility with plumbed washing machine and tumble dryer as well as plenty of space for storage. The cabin is forward and opens onto a covered cratch area. The utility could easily be converted into a second cabin and provide flexibiliy of accommodation.

The recent survey made just a few recommendations with the most significant being a modest piece of overplating required at 600mm x 100mm.
