A great opportunity to purchase a very nice narrowboat with a mooring in one of London's most sought-after locations - Little Venice. The berth has uninterrupted views up and down this bustling part of the canal, with a great local community.

The interior is arranged with a good sized saloon with an open-plan galley. There are two cabins, one with a double midships, and a single in the aft.

The heads has a hip bath with overhead shower, sink and a cartridge loo. The boat originally had a separate loo but this has been removed and now serves as a large storage area/closet.

The boat was last out of the water in 2017, so is due for blacking. BSS expires in January 2029. Mooring fees are circa £1,100 per month. The mooring is fully transferable.
