Broker's Comments

Boatshed Cornwall have the opportunity to list this Parker 27 - lifting keel sailing yacht as for sale.

Probably one of the latter batch of Parker 27’s manufactured and developed from the Super Seal 26. Called the Parker 27 when John Parker of Parker Yachts took over production.

First impressions indicated a reasonably well presented yacht and it was not until we were aboard did we learn that this yacht has hardly ever been used. Supplied as a part completed yacht by GW Parker & Sons Ltd, it was subsequently stored for about thirty (30) years.

Recently purchased by the current owner and refitted to the current standard, this is a yacht that is in some way, is quite new. For example, the standing rigging has been stored with the yacht which has only recently been rigged.

Recent upgrades:
Renewed outboard engine (2023)
Renewed upholstery (2022)

If you are interested in a yacht that offers a shallow draft then this is a rare opportunity to have one that has not seen much sailing, use or abuse.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
