A partially finished Houseboat now owned by the boatyard she is stored at and is being sold in order to cover outstanding debts.
The potential has no limits.
In order for her to be launched in the water she will need the underside of the hull to be epoxy sealed at the joints in the plywood. The hull sides have been coated in epoxy and will need to be gelcoated.
Alternatively she would make a luxurious "Glamping Pod" or self contained Annexe or Holiday let in a large garden etc.
The hull and sides have been built in 1" ply.
There is a raised master bedroom with access to the upper deck with the option of 2 further bedrooms/cabins at deck level.
Hopefully the photo's and the video will go some way to appreciate the huge potential but you really do need to be aboard to see. I was rather reluctant to list this intially but now having been on board I really can see how this could quite easily prove to be an investment with income via "Air B&B" etc or as a luxury houseboat or summer retreat.
