Broker's Comments

The Leopard 45 needs no introduction - the 2017 Boat of the Year by Cruising World Magazine. This marks the 7th Cruising World Boat of the Year win by Leopard.

The layout of these models on deck and below are simply the best use of the available space. Not only is there the large aft cockpit but foredeck seating - this area is superb on hot days offering shade but breeze while at anchor.

The interior, saloon and galley areas are extremely spacious and so are the 4 double cabins and heads.

This particular example also has the bow crew cabin via the deck hatch.

What is a huge bonus with this particular 45 is that it is the 4500C Crewed Yacht version. This boat has more extras than the standard bareboat version and has the added bonus of only being driven and maintained by its live aboard, professional crew.
