Broker's Comments

The Carter 3/4 Tonner was a classic design of the 1970's which measures 33 foot overall. Designed by Dick Carter, one of the most prolific designers of the last century. This boat gave a good account of herself in her early racing career, winning the production trophy in her class and she also did well in the 1977 Fastnet race. Certainly in club racing today she wouldn't disgrace herself.
She was built by Northshore, who had a good reputation for building solid yachts. She makes a good cruising boat with good accommodation for a crew up to 6. There is a forward cabin with a double berth and the heads are to port. There are 2 large settee berths in the main saloon as well as a quarter berth and a pilot berth. The galley is to starboard with the chart table opposite.
She has good cruising equipment including a wind generator and radar.
She is priced competitively in the current market and has a survey available with a lot of work completed recently.
