Broker's Comments

After 45 years of ownership this attractive yacht is now on the market.

She is exceptionally spacious for her length with a storage cupboard, lockers and drawers throughout the boat and six full size berths.

Unusually she has upper and lower starboard berths in the saloon which dispense with the usual double dinette arrangement.

She's still winterised, the mainsail and other sails apart from the foresail are in storage.

Some of the instruments date from the 1970s but most of them work.

The engine was replaced some 20 years ago and will be serviced before selling.

This is an opportunity to acquire a capable but inexpensive yacht in need of some updating - her upholstery and interior woodwork appear to be in nice condition.
