Broker's Comments

This is a nice example of the popular and very roomy Tempest 31. She had all her head linings replaced professionally by Douglas Marine 4 years ago and has had a fortune spent on her in the last few years. She had Gelcoat peeling and Osmosis treatment in 2008 by the boatyard at Glasson Basin Marina and monitored by Bertram Jackson, Marine Surveyors. The keel was removed and re-bedded in 2008, Saloon and quarter berth windows removed and re-bedded during headlining work by Douglas Marine. There are invoices for all the work done and a 2013 survey. The present owner bought the boat 3 years ago through us and has updated the navigation equipment with top of the range Raymarine products.
