Broker's Comments

This 65ft x 12.5ft Wide Beam is now for sale with Boatshed London and would make a great liveaboard for a couple or family.

Built in 2008 and completed in 2009, the unusual 12.5ft beam makes this boat feel enormous inside and with two large cabins and two bathrooms, there's plenty of space for a family.

The hull was epoxied in 2015 so this should be good for a number of years still and it has a BSS to March 2022.

All the rooms are large, well specced and nice and light with plenty of storage throughout the boat. With a trad stern, it also means there is extra storage space around the engine room.

The large bathroom has an elsan cassette toilet and good sized shower compartment. The ensuite heads to the master cabin has been removed (as it was surplus to their requirements) and could either be reinstalled or converted to storage by the new owner.

The boat has been properly maintained by both its owners in its lifetime and is well priced for such a large amount of living space.
