Broker's Comments
Upon boarding the catamaran for the first time, I was struck by the large cockpit and the smart utilisation of space on deck.
Navigating the deck was a breeze thanks to the wide side decks, expansive trampoline at the bow, and the abundance of storage lockers. Additionally, two robust davits at the stern support a sturdy dinghy tender.
Both outboard engines and fuel tanks are easily accessible from the cockpit, facilitating engine lifting, lowering, and maintenance.
The companionway opens into a vast and airy saloon with ample headroom and abundant seating around the expansive saloon table. A well-equipped navigation station, featuring a large chart table and an extensive suite of electronic navigation instruments, is also situated in the saloon.
Descending a few steps on the starboard side leads to a generously sized, well-equipped galley, complete with numerous cooking appliances, a sink, and ample countertop space. Forward of the galley lies a spacious cabin, presently serving as a sail locker. Aft of the galley is another sizable cabin, boasting a cozy double berth and an influx of natural light.
On the port side of the saloon, one can access the forward cabin, which offers substantial space and privacy due to its thoughtful design.
A brief descent on the port side from the saloon's rear brings you to the heads at the bow, equipped with a composting toilet, washbasin, and a retractable shower head.
In the port quarter, there's an additional large cabin with a double berth, once again bathed in ample natural light.
The construction quality of this vessel seems exceptionally high, with the owner asserting that only premium materials were used resulting in a finish that appears professionally executed to the highest standard.
