Broker's Comments
The Catalina 34 has enjoyed a long production through 2009 with 1800 hulls. The model offers great use of space, with room for the whole family (able to sleep up to 7) and easy maintenance as this Mark ll vintage has had all the teak replaced with stainless. It's a sizeable boat without that overwhelming big boat feel. It sails as a quick boat and it's easy to handle in docking and close quarters maneuvering. These boats also enjoy easy resale when it's time to move on. This particular boat is very clean and well-maintained with an up to date maintenance log on board.
