Established in 1969 and under current ownership since 2008. B-Dock Slip #25 is a 38 foot slip. Docks are concrete, slip has phone jack and 30 Amp. power with breaker This slip is close to the out side (3rd one in) so access is easy. Bow in would make it a starboard tie. Presently under construction is a new Galley Bistro & Pub which will be completed in the summer of 2014. Docks, access ramps and all public areas appear to be in good, well maintained and clean condition. Dock has cushion bumper full length covered with fire hose style material.

This is a long-term sublease on a 38' slip. Pleasant Harbor Marina is located on the west side of the Hood Canal approximately 18 miles south of the Hood Canal Bridge. This is a very lovely and well protected location suitable for year around moorage or as a vacation destination. There is a new Bistro Pub / Store having just been completed which makes staying here at the marina much more enjoyable. The seller reports Port Townsend as a very short day trip by boat. Pontoon/berth for sale.
